Jenny Ciaffone is passionate about SUP Yoga. She became a yoga instructor to be able to teach SUP Yoga and share her love of SUP with as many people as possible. Jenny is a 200hr RYT who is also certified in SUP yoga, SPA yoga, first aid, and a PaddleFIT certified coach. Having been a professional stagehand for most of her adult life, she stumbled into a SUP Yoga class by accident. She quickly found yoga an essential tool for stress relief, and a great compliment to a physically demanding job. Her love of SUP has continued to grow since moving to Cape Cod, where she continues to explore the many waterways of the Cape with her fiancé and pup in her free time.
Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a beautiful way to experience Cape Cod and a unique yoga practice on the water. Our floating yoga studio is designed to enhance the blissful experience of SUP Yoga, but is not limited to yoga classes! We also offer instruction in beginner to intermediate paddle technique, SUP Shred, and Guided Nightlight Excursions.
Classes include basic paddle instruction as well as all equipment needed, including personal flotation device. Yoga class sequencing is designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga experience, with plenty of opportunity to up level, as well as modifications for doing yoga poses on a floating mat!
No previous experience in SUP or yoga is necessary, but it does help if you can swim and are comfortable around water.
